i need visa know i'm in malaysia but i'm from finland so can i get visa china

You may either go to any available travel agent or go directly to Chinese Visa Application Centre, 2nd Floor, OSK Building, Jalan Ampang Kuala Lumpur. If you don't have official invitation letter from China, you need to provide i) return air tickets, and ii) accommodation reservation in China.
