Visa on arrival for Singaporean, possible?

I'll be going and staying for more than 15 days. Is it possible to obtain a VOA or do I have to go to an embassy before hand? However I'm currently in Taiwan and i'll be flying over from Taipei. Can I DO have to acquire it, where can I do it in Taiwan?

Hi, if you are now in Taiwan, you need to apply in HK through an airline. Visa can not be got upon arrival. Or you can just enter China first and apply for extension of stay there.
