About:Beijing City Bus

Does Beijing bus no. 936 (Special Tourism Bus) run in Winter?

I want to take the 936 Tourism Bus to Mutianyu Great Wall but someone told me it only runs in the Spring and Summer. Does it run all year or not? Also, how long does it take to get from Dongzhimen Bus Station to Mutianyu?

This bus does not run all the year around. It will start operation from March 15th, 2013.
The bus journey is around two hours and a half.
