About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Could I visit Hong Kong without travel agency

Hi,
I am Vietnamese living at Seoul, I have a good job. My VISA in Korea is valid until Aug 2013.
I want to visit HongKong for 4 days by myself. I bought round-trip ticket & booked hostel as well. Do I need some extra documents except Application form? How long does it take to get Hong Kong visa?

Hi, you need to submit your application through a travel agency actually. Documents required are your passport, application form, photo, round-trip ticket and hotel booking. Regular processing takes 4 working days, but it will be longer if your application needs to be sent to HK for approval.

I want to travel by myself, back-packing type. I have a clear plan in 4 days. When I submitted to Chinese embassy, they said it takes more than 2 weeks. In case my application is refused, could I submit again in the future? I heard once my application is denied, I cannot apply for VISA one more times. Is it true?
