About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I qualifyed for the visa free policy for the following situation ?

I am French citizen arriving at Shanghai Pudong 22 march 2013 at 6:30 pm from Tokyo Narita Japan (airline China Eastern) and leaving for France Paris CDG by China Eastern on 24 march 23:30 pm so 54 hours of transit.
