Visa application by mail?

I am a Danish citizen living in Thailand on a "non immigrant visa".
Living in Hua Hin it is quite a hassle to have to go to Bangkok twice to apply for a via and to pick it up. Is it possible to apply by registered mail?

Hi, so far as I know, mail application is not acceptable. You can entrust someone else to handle application on your behalf if you can not go in person.
