visa for brits living in bulgaria

Have booked a cruise, would prefer to do application by post is this possible. Cruise not until May so when should we apply?

Hi, mail application is not acceptable as I know, but you can try to contact Chinese embassy directly for further confirmation. You can entrust others if you do not want to visit the office in person. If visit in May, the best time for application is March or April.
