We are a permanent resident here with a Sri lankan passport. We want to visit as a tourist to hong kong for three days. What form do we have to fill out and what documents do we have to bring with us to the consulate. We are living in Sydney, when we come to the consulate in Sydney with the application and our passports, can we wait and get it. How long do we have to wait to get it. Is there any cost involved?

It takes 4 working days to process the application if the issuance of the visa is within the authorization of the consulate. And in this case, express services are also available for the second day or the third day collection with extra fees charged accordingly. However, it takes about 4-6 weeks to process it if the consulate needs to report your application to HK Immigration Department. You can refer to http://www.immd.gov.hk/en/services/hk-visas/visit-transit/guidebook.html#documents for detailed requirements.
