Stamp date meaning

Hello

I've received some parcel today and post stamp date says: 2013.01.14.20 inside a circle with chinese letters all around.
Maybe is a stupid question but... when was this parcel sent?? on 14th January? or on 20th? or on another date?

I'm confused.

If someone can give any clue it will be very much appreciated!!

Generally speaking, it should be posted on Jan. 14, 2013. The post stamp does show the starting delivery date. Anyway, if you wanna make sure, let me know your tracking number. I will help you to search it online.
