I've received some parcel today and post stamp date says: 2013.01.14.20 inside a circle with chinese letters all around.
Maybe is a stupid question but... when was this parcel sent?? on 14th January? or on 20th? or on another date?
I'm confused.
If someone can give any clue it will be very much appreciated!!
