Hi, I am arriving in Shanghai Pundong (from Bucharest), stay 60 hours and fly from the same airport to Manila, Phillippines. After that, after 10 days, I am returning from Manila to Shanghai, stay 8 hours and fly back to Bucharest. The exemption is valid, right? Thanks
