About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

My husband is a chinese and Im Filipino, What are the requirements to get a permanent VIsa?

If I don't have any account here in the philippines coz they required me to have a bank certificate? what should I do? Can I just show my Mother in law bank account from china?and How much the minimum of balance if it is the account is in china and a chinese money?

Hi, I am afraid you are not able to get a permanent visa for China, even though your husband is a Chinese. But it is easy for you to get a family visit L visa or temporary residence permit valid for one year. And it can be extended before expires.
