transit visa in shanhai between (sha) and (pvg) needed?

hello, I am an Israel pasport holder, I plan to go from tokyo to india with connection in Shanha. there i need to change airport from Shanghai-Hongqiao Apt (SHA) to Shanghai-Pu Dong Apt (PVG), also the same on the way back. do i need a transit visa?
