About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

Cruise passengers entitle for free shuttle bus service or not in HK?

We fly in by plane, booked in Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel, embark the cruise-liner at Asia World EXPO.
Are we entitle using this service with pre-voyage documentation?

Hi, Jo.
I am afriad that you are not entitled to use the free shuttle bus service. The free shuttle bus service is provided by MTR Company for people who choose to use Airport Express to reach Kowloon or HK Stations. If you do not take the Airport Express, the free shuttle bus service cannot be used.
