About:Harbin Ice Festival

if i come 23 of December 2013... did the Harbin Ice Festival already started and can be entered? TQ

It is hard to tell you the exact date of the opening ceremony of the festival in 2013.
According to the previous schedule, the festival does not start at that time, but you are allowed to enter the park to see the ice and snow sculptures.
