About:China Area & Zip Code

Calling China Post from America

I need to call China Post Air Mail from the USA to check on two packages, as the sellers located in China are not responding or helpful. I have been googling for 20 minutes trying to find answers.

If China Post has an English-speaking customer service, can somebody please give me the number? I found "11185", but I don't know how to use it.

If you want to call them, you can dail 86-11185. They have English Speak customer service.
Or you can track your parcel on http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html.
