About:China Consulate in Houston

Authentification

Can someone please help me. I cannot get anyone to help me when I call, the just tell me to read the site and hang up on me.
Do I need to have divorce documents authenticated to marry someone in China? I am leaving soon and need to know IF I have everything I need.
