LENGTH OF STAY IN CHINA

What is the longest period of time I can stay in China on a 1 yr tourist visa?

It is one year almost, but you may need to exit every certain days as what issued to your visa as duration each entry.

Hi Mark, Thanks for your reply. What I wanted to know is what is the longest duration of each stay which I can apply for on a 1 yr visa and what is the criteria I need to meet to extend each stay to as long as possible

As I know, someone get 180 days each entry, but mostly for foreigners with Chinese family, or those who have family working in China. Therefore, invitation letter from China is required.
