About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I want to go to shenzen. do i need a visa? how and where will i get it?

I have a Philippine passport and am booked for hk from mar 12 to 15

Yes, you should get it ready at the Chinese embassy in your country before you enter Shenzhen.
