Information for Chinese Government Scholarship

I want to apply for studying in china via Chinese government scholarship, but I have a confusion.

On CSC website they have mentioned to send the documents to Chinese diplomatic missions or dispatching authorities.

The confusion is, what agency number should i put in?? the agency number for the university i am applying for or the agency number for the Chinese embassy?

and where should i send my documents??? to embassy or to university in china?

I think you can find answers to your question on this page of CSC website. It clearly tells you how to apply for the scholarship, where you find the agency number and where you should mail your application materials too.

Sir i have also same problem i am applying for xiamen university but on univ website it mentioned that send your documents to Chinese Embasy in your own country
