xiamen (airport) to quanzhou

Hi... Am visiting a friend who lives in Quanzhou. I arrive Xiamen airport at 1520 on Thursday 7th February. Are there any direct bus services from the airport to QZ?. If not and I have to go into the city I seem to remember that the bus station I require is opposite the railway station?.. Can bus tickets be booked online ?
Alternatively if I take the train from Xiamen which railway station do I need? (I think there are two...Xiamen and Xiamen north). Can I book a rail ticket online. I appreciate it is a very busy period due to Spring Festival. !!. If online bookings are possible and I can get a rail or bus seat is there a facility to collect ticket on arrival at the relevant station.... Thanks
