are there any black people in Liuzhou

are there any people of black skin, such as afro caribbean or afro america living working or studying in the city

Probably. As I know, the local Guangxi University of Science and Technology enrolls internastional students, among them you may find some black people. On the other hand, personally thinking, Liuzhou is relatively developed, so it will be that hard to find foreign people or balck people there.
