Buying tickets overseas

Hi,

I would like to ask if it is possible to buy the tickets online outside of China and collect the tickets at the train station?

Thanks you!

I see that Kelly mentioned (on 4th Feb 2013) that one can order tickets online and then pick up the tickets at the station. But then I read that a TCG operation mentioned (on 29 Jan. 2013) that the tickets are delivered to a hotel in China. My questions:
1. Are both correct? If not, which is correct?
2. If the tickets must be mailed within China, can they be mailed to an apartment in Hong Kong or picked up ahead of time in HK?
3. Also, how many days in advance can I purchase the tickets? I would like to purchase them as soon as possible for a travel in mid April.
4. Can I pay with a credit card from the USA?
Thank you in advance for your answers!

Generally, we would like to deliver the tickets to passenger’s hotel in China. If time is too short for us to deliver the tickets, passengers cold fetch them in the departure station with passports. We can deliver tickets to most part of Hongkong. The railway ministry will release tickets 20 days before departure. So you can fill in the booking form now. Generally, credit card payment is accepted.
