How is the weather now? Is it already green? We are thinking of visiting next week (5-10.02)

It is still the dry winter time. The temperature vaires much between day and night from 0~16C. When travelling there, you need to bring long-sleeved T-shirts, sweaters, jacket and a down coat in reserve.
