Dear ,kindly I have Netherlands passport but i work and live in (Kurdistan).can i request it online? if not where should i go? is it possible in Kurdistan?

If you live and work there, you can get from the embassy in Baghdad, but I am afraid you have to visit the embassy in person for application. Please contact the embassy directly for more details.
