Please tell me if I can get/apply HongKong visa from Yangon Chian embassy?

Hi, you can submit your application for HK visa to Chinese embassy in Yangon. But please check the consular district of Chinese embassy first from here on this page.

Well, the visa agent can help you handle your visa better than you. But I am sorry that I can't recommend some agents for you since I don't know any agents in Burma.
