About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

How do I get to Bauhinia Hotel using either shuttle bus or subway from the airport.

I am arriving past midnight close to 1:00 am , hence besides taxi, what other options do I have?

After that time, no direct public transport runs directly from the airport to the hotel. You can take the express bus line 1 to ots final stop nearby the Railway Station, and then take a cab to the hotel.
