Visit Yu Yuan and Zhujiajiao in one day?

Hi, we will be taking our children to Shanghai for a short visit. Is it possible to visit both Yu Yuan (and Cheng Huang Miao) and Zhujiajiao in one day? We will be staying close to Lujiajui, so will taxi be the fastest way to travel between the places?

Yes, one day is enough for you to visit both Yuyuan and Zhujiajiao. It is not very far from your place to Yuyuan and you may take a taxi. From Shanghai to Zhujiajiao, I suggest you take taxi to People's Square and then take Hu Zhu Special Line to Zhujiajiao, the journey takes around 2 hours and costs about CNY9 per person. Or you can go to the bus station of Pu An Road and take express bus at a cost of about CNY12. If you take taxi from your place to Zhujiajiao directly, the fare is around CNY160.
