Postdoctoral Position in china

Hi, I am already working in qatar university and I have been offered a postdoctoral position by Jiao Tong University. They have send me 2 form which I have to fill them up and submit them to education group of Chinese Embassy(Consulate). Moreover, I have been told that I can discuss with education group of Chinese Embassy(Consulate) regarding the detail of my application. I could not find anything in china embassy in qatar. would you please help me on this.
