Airport Bus from Air China office Xian

I need to go to Air China office which is located as follow:

1F(south) Tangyan International Center, No.3, Tangyan Road

From there i need to got airport. where I can get the airport bus near this area or which BUS LANE is the nearest place so I can go there by Taxi.
