If I arrive at XM airport ,I want to buy cellphone sim card and I want to use internet on my cellphone , So do you know If I buy cellphone sim card , can I immediately use the internet on cellphone ? So, do you know the china mobile shop in the airport and nearby XM university??And one more guestionHave the ICBC bank in the airport and nearby XM university?Thanks you

I just know there is a China Mobile Business Hall nearby the west gate of XM university. You can go there to buy the card. There is ICBS Bank in the airport. Usually, if you buy the card, you can immeediately use the internet on cellphone. For details, you'd better ask for the work staff in China Mobile Business Hall.
