What is the easiest way to get to No. 58 XiSi Bei Wu Tiao from Beijing airport in evening rush hour

As for the direction, here is my advice:
You can take express train to Dongzhimen first, where you can transfer to subway line 2 and get off at Chegongzhuang MTR Station. Then it is within 1.5km from your destination. If you have no heavy luggage, you can walk there. Otherwise, you need a taxi taking there in several minutes.

For the whole journey, to take a taxi is not suggested in rush hour.
