Who can drop off visa applications and who can pick up them when granted?

I have completed 5 visa applications for myself, my husband and my 3 daughters (under 18) as we plan to visit family in Shanghai. These documents are appropriately signed. I believe we have the correct documents as requested. Can I drop off the applications for my family without them being present? Do all family members need to be present to receive/pick up the visas, when granted? Thank you.

Yes, sure. You can handle all applications for your family, to submit application and pick up on their behalf.
