About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

I am travelling from Jakarta to Nagoya by China Southern with stop over at Guangzhou airport.

The transit time for next flight is around 24hours again by China Southern. Will the airlines arrange for transit visa and hotel accommodation ?

I searched the official website of China Southern Airlines, I'm afraid they will not arrange the accommodation for you. For the 24h transit, as long as you don't get out of the airport, you don't need a visa.
Further exact information is suggested to consult your airline.
