How do I get my marriage certificate authenicated?

My husband and I were married in BC. I am going to get our marriage certificate authenicated by the OIC Office. Then I need to have the Embassy in BC authenicate it. How do I go about it? Do I need to mail it in, or can I drop by your office (is it on W. Broadway?) to have it authenicated? What is fee? Thanks.
