Visa to Indonesia and a set of documents!

Good dayl!
My name is Ganna! Originally Im from Ukraine but I live in China (Shanghai). My friend and me we are planning to go to Indonesia for two weeks for traveling in the beginning of March (2nd -16th of March)!
Could you tell me which set of documents I need to prepare to make it quickly? Should I go to Beijing? Is it possible to apply for visa in Hong Kong? I will be there in February (7th-11th)!
