Tianjin crusie terminal, what is the best way to railway station for high speed train to Beijing?

Arrive at Tianjin cruise terminal around 8 am, plan to take high speed train to BJ. What is the best way to get to the train station for high speed train?
How much is the taxi ride to train station? Can we pay for a locker and leave the luggage there for half a day?
Are there any good tourist places to visit near Tianjin train station?

The direct taxi costs about one hour and half and about 150RMB to reach Tianjin Railway Station from the terminal.
I chose to take the Light Railway to reach the railway station and this way is fast and cheap. From the crusie terminal, you can take a taxi to reach Citizen Square and then change to Light Rail and the Light Rail cost about 9RMB for the whole journey.
There is no locker, but you can find place to store your luggage in Tianjin Railway Station.
Near the railway station, you can take the local subway line 2 to reach North Station, which is close to Ning Park. The park is worth seeing.
