I am taking my elderly parents to Hangzhou. Which 5 star hotel is good? 4 Seaons or Hyatt Regency?

I prefer the 4 Seasons Hotel better, because the hotel is located in the West Lake Resort and the service there is perfect. I love this hotel very much.0
