Hi,i'm planning to Guilin on 12-15 Oct 2013. Which 1 is the best to visit, Yao Mountain or Longji Terrace? TQ

Personally, I suggest you go to Yao Mountain, where you can view very nice scenery in autumn. Actually, the best season to travel Longji Terrace is during end of May and early of June.  Anyway, if you wanna have a look at the Chinese terrace, you can also go to Longji Terrace in Oct.
