Can I buy the Pixiu (pi yao) at the shop on the Xian city wall ?

I will go to the city with my family ,not with the tour group. Can I buy the Pixiu (pi yao) at the shop on the city wall ?
(I went there and bought the Pixiu 4 years ago with the tour group)

If I cannot buy the Pixiu by myself , not come with the tour group, then , Please suggest me the way to do so.
