What is the nearest city to the site? Do they have public transport to the location?Around how much if I take a cab? Thanks.

The nearest may be DUolun County. There are three buses running daily from Duolun to Dundahaote Town, Zhenglanqi. The bus departs at 06:30, 14:00, and 14:30. It costs CNY6. Then you can take a taxi to the sites. The taxi fare is more than CNY10.
