What is the processing fee for a HK SAR passport/HK PIC?

I am applying for a HK SAR passport & HK permanet ID card in Los Angeles, what is the processing & handling fee and what form of payment is required?

Hi, you can submit your application to Chinese consulate in LA, they will send your application to HK for processing. It takes 4-8 weeks and you can pick it up after receiving their call.
Fee for applicants above 16 years old:
32 pages HKSAR Passport: US$ 67 common mail service; US$84.5 express mail service
48 pages HKSAR Passport: US$ 78 common mail service; US$95.5 express mail service
Make payment by Cash cheque of CHASE、CITIBANK or BANK OF AMERICA, to "HKSAR".

HK permanent ID is free of charge if you apply for the first time. US$ 44 will be charged if apply ID card replacement, and US$ 55 if apply personal information change on it.

Chinese consulate will charge US$30 for mail delivery and their service. You can pay by Mastercar,Visa Card, or Money Order,Cashier's Check payable to:Chinese Consulate General.
