It is easy for you to walk to Tsim Sha Tsui Metro Station from ChungKing Mansion. Then you can take MTR Tsuen Wan Line to Mongkok and back.  Wll, it is a walking distance from Chungking Mansion to Avenue of Stars.  From Avenue of Stars to the Golden Buddha, you can walk to Tsim Sha Tsui to take metro Tsuen Wan Line to Mongkok and transfer to Kwun Tong Line to Wong Tai Sin. Then you can walk about several minutes to the Golden Buddha. When back, use the contrary way. You can take bus A21 from the mansion to the airport. You need to leave the hotel before or around 4pm.
