Is there a United or Singapore Airlines lounge at T3, and is it open all night?

Arriving Beijing airport on United 4:30 pm and flying out on Singapore air at 12:10 am.

There is no special hourly lounge for United or Singapore Airlines. Well, there are two kinds of hourly lounge for passengers. One is Business travellers lounge T3-E which is at the Opposite Side of International Departure Boarding Gate E10. The other one is the Hourly lounge T3-C at the West side of Public Area, Arrival Hall, 2F, T3-C. They are all open all night.
