how many bottles of scotch is a tourist allowed to carry into China?

As I know, a bottle of scotch is of 0.7-0.75 litres, so you can take into maximum two bottles. There is a regulation that a passenger is allowed to take in at most 1.5 litres alcohol over 12 degree.
