Hi, you can certainly take MTR from the airport to your hotel.
At Airport South MTR Station, you can take subway line 3 to Jiahewanggang, where you need transfer to subway line 2 and get off at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall MTR Station. Getting out from Exit D2, you can walk along Middle Dongfeng Road to a crossing, where you need turn right to North Jiefang Road. After walking several minutes, you can arrive at your hotel.
