About:Sichuan Travel

I want to travel from Xi'an to Chengdu (then Fly to JZH).

What is the best route to take and is there any place worthwhile stopping over on the way? I have 4 days (3 nights) free to make the journey. Any recommendations would be helpful!

As you have free time, you can take a train from Xian to Chengdu and get off at Guangyuan, where you can enjoy yourself by beautiful scenery and many attractions, such as Jianmen Shu Road (Jianmen Shudao) and Thousand-Buddha Cliff.

After spending one or two days at Guangyuan, you can take a train to Chengdu, where the Three-Star Piles Museum (Sanxingdui Museum), Panda Breeding and Research Center, Jinli Street and Chunxi road are worthwhile visiting.

Then you can fly from Chengdu to JZH. To view Juzhaigou, you can also choose to take a long-distance bus at Chengdu Xinnanmen Bus Station to the valley directly within 8-9h.
