About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

z visa over stay

my company were late processing the 30 day limit from my z visa to a residents permit, and now they will pay a 4000 fine. Is the z visa now void, and will i have to start all over again? aply for work permit, and invitation letter. I have an appointment at the local psb in 2 days, but i would like some feed back please. My company said they can still process the residents permit, but i am not convinced...

Don't worry, if they pay the fine for overstay, they may also able to extend your Z visa at local PSB. Your company can still process your residence permit.

yes thanks ben. i paid the fine today, and they will process the residents permit.
