How to go from Hong Kong Airport to regal oriental hotel kowloon?

Is there free shuttle bus?

I am afraid that there is no free shuttle bus.
You can take the public bus E23 from Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) to reach Regal Oriental Hotel, Prince Edward Road East and then you can see your hotel.
The fare is about 18HK$ and the journey time is about 85 minutes.
