We plan to do as follows:-Day 1- take bus to camp2 , rest in resort...(can you book camp- 3 persons, 1 night- camp 2 best resort for us？）Day 2 - take bus to sightseeing and cable car. (What is best time to take cablecar?)

You only need to pay the entrance fee once. For booking the resort, I think you can book on its offical website. It can be easily found on Google.It is OK to take cable car at any time and you may need to pay the fee for the cable car beside the entrance fee to the park.
