About:Xinnanmen Bus Station - Chengdu Tourism Bus Center

Could you pls advise how can I travel from Kangding to Hailougou, are there any public bus ? thxs :)

No public bus is available, but many local people provide the car service. You can charter one with other travelers and it charges about CNY60 for each and takes about 3 hours.
